~see i dont understand how you're number one
when i was just a fling before now, you're the one
see all i did was blink twice, from my homie to my only
number one~

Do you know what I've found ? Basketball started not far from here, in Springfield, Massachusettes. The stroy goes that way back in 1891 a teacher by the name of James Naismith had to give a physical education lesson to a rowdy class of young men at the local YMCA. They were difficult to control and to make matters worse, it was winter, so they could not even go outside.
Naismith thought hard and remembered once watching rugby players toss a ball into a box in the gymnasium . So he decided to nail some fruit baskets high up on the wall into which players could throw a ball. But every time a team made a basket, somebody had to get a ladder and climb up to get the ball out. Finally, somebody got a bright idea. They could just cut the bottom of the basket out!
I wonder if some of today's young millionaire basketball players have ever heard the name Naismith ''
